Hi there! I am Michelle.

I value working with individuals and companies that incorporate a healthy, corporate culture and are focused on improving their productivity and performance. Change is my middle name. I have a strong passion for teaching, knowledge translation, and the communication of ideas. As an educator I am skilled in creating an engaging learning environment featuring thematic units with integrated curriculum, hands-on interactive lessons and mult-media technology. Through my online courses and speaking engagements I bring sanity to diabetes and help you move from overwhelm to taking concrete steps to reverse diabetes and transform to a healthier and productive you.

  • Go From Stuck To Unstoppable – 2010 – Current

    This one day workshop is designed to help young and mature adults to quit addictive, disempowering behaviors and habits, such as smoking, drinking and over-eating, to manifest positive change.
